1. Services Provided

  • We operate as a referral platform that connects customers with contractors for various services (e.g., renovation, repairs, plumbing, electrical works, etc.).

  • Customers submit inquiries through us, and we match them with suitable contractors.

  • Customers do not contact contractors directly. Instead, we handle the payments, coordination and communication.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request for services.

  • We strive to connect you with reliable contractors, and it is your responsibility to review the proposal, pricing, and terms before confirming any service.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

  • Contractors must ensure they are properly licensed and comply with all relevant laws and industry standards.

  • We do not guarantee any job assignments, nor do we provide warranties on behalf of contractors.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Our service to customers is free of charge.

  • Customers are required to make upfront payment prior to commencement of the servce.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will only be considered if no contractor has been assigned and no service has commenced.

  • ​We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from services provided by contractors.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Singapore’s legal system.
